Camera Switch is to capture video streams from many cameras, preview one of them, and set as a master only one. There is a need to capture global shortcuts so as not having a focus on the application (another man works on the same machine and uses another application at the same time) -- all the same it should work (using global shortcuts).
There are two panels (for preview and master images), 6 buttons for each of six cameras and take-button which assignes current preview camera image to master one.
You can easily get the sense and purpose of the software by checking out first 8 minutes of a movie called Vantage point (Rus: Точка обстрела). There is a telestudio where a team including people outdoor with cameras fill the air with an image from one of those six cameras.
