From 11.45pm upto 00.53am on NY night I was jogging around the campus. Just right
before the midnight there was no single sole on the street, like everybody left earth
with lights on the street and NY spirit. It was fabulous feeling, really, I felt simultaneously
alone but quite happily fullfilled.
After the midnight, first person I met was a tipsy
Santa, saying “Ha-ppppp-yy ne-e-e-ww year, my chi-a-a-a-ald” :). And
then about 35-40 mutual congratulations with totally strangers on the street. It was great :)

Chengdu. Chengdu is a huge city. We spend a lotta time just navigating through the streets, watching
exterior, listening to their speech. Watching people, eating national food. Looking for a bank to exchange
bucks into yuans.
Then we took a bus close to Panda Zoo and settled at a hotel.
Bought a lotta water melons, famous beijing roasted duck. The weather was incredibly hot and shiny. And
I like it.

Emeishan→Chengdu. This day agenda was to come back to the downtown to catch a train
to Chengdu. So we did.
Something about chinese RW trains: they're fast, have different
interrior layout, cooling fans, LCD TV's, and another great facilities.

Emeishan. Today's agenda was to go all the 50km way downstairs through the wild monkeys,
incrdeibly imagination exploding views, ultimately refreshing waterfall, complete exhaustion in the
middle of the way :) and taking a nap at a hotel close to bus stop.
Again, that stairway is such a gorgeous place, I would call
it holy stairs. I thought I could live there for the next several years enjoying the views and the
air, and the nature. It's unbelivably beautiful and fantastic.

Emeishan. Woke up in a morning, got dressed into clean dry clothes - cool. Had a breakfast with
those cookies we bought yesterday – yummy!
Checked out the hotel and headed to Emeishan: (1) taxi,
(2) interurban bus, (3) municipal bus, (4) bus to the mountain Emei.
Emei mountain is the britest flash of the whole trip. It so
beautiful, gorgeous, spectacular and filling me with joy, I can't describe verbally. We went up
the hill upto the top Great Buddah monument. Spent some quality time recharging our batteries with
positive clear-minded energy. Then closer to the evening came down to rent a room to sleep at night.
Bro and mom came up to the top again to shoot the Buddah in night illumination scenery.

Beijing→Leshan. Still in the train. Sleeping on the table. Eating weird food :)
Met a fairly old man from Russia, having business in China. He
said it's the first time he has experience like we do. He was pissed but polite to us.
Also we met a mature woman from Kazakhstan, who spoke
both Russian and Chinese. So we used her linguistic skills in communication with the staff.
Leshan. For the first time I tried bike-based rickshaw transportation: it was fresh,
funny, cheap and fairly fast.
We checked into a hotel and came out to see mountain
Buddah monument. Generally, all the monuments in China are great and mind-boggling. I adore it.
After that we had a walk around the city, bought some tea,
cookies, fruits, and other groceries. I loved this day.

Beijing. The plan was to get on the RW train to Leshan, and we did. But only in common section of
the train which is a complete disaster :) There are 5 rows of people standing in each car yelling,
experiencing overpressure from different sides, people permanently try to get through the crowd. Damn!
Thankfully, we got escorted into buffet car were we occupied
a table. Then, we had to buy all the food they served just to keep our seats for two days.
[China2009] Final preparations: gathered all the stuff, packed huge travel knapsacks. Just ready to go! And at night we went to Krsk airport which I saw for the first time in my life :)

I was both exhausted and thrilled by having such a day.

[Business] I suggested one company, specilized on USA work and travel programs to sell movies without translations, so that students could learn English like I do. They said it's a good idea. So I started writing software to sell movies.

I got a call from local administration centre requiring my presence at a certain
time and certain place to consider a prohibited act done by me: i posted an ad
on a building front wall which.
So I got there, explained I wasn't aware
that this is prohibited, and they decided that I'm not liyng, so they let me go
without any punishment :)
[Business] Another idea for business: home delivery. I printed many ads and posted 'em at every single dorm. But no requests received at all. Probably because I didn't suggest a nice way to pick what to deliver: there were no website (unlike for water business), only phone and email.

But it was astonishing :) I got into the heart of the store and all those people were amazed how can a guy from a street get access to the head of the store :)))
[Communication, Mars] I wrote an application letter to MARS (yes, chocolate bars company) to get an internship for summer. They returned me a call and we had a conversation in English, after which they sent me an email with a link to take an online test. Which I took and results were not so cool in comparison to others, so they returned me email and said – try later, man.
[Business] Serious issue at dorm#7: people felt sick and puked after drinking pure water. Later we realized they drunk water from 1 year not-exploited-dirty cooler. Water after analysis showed to be perfectly alright. But that was huge deal to calm them down.
[Business] Another letter to MOROZ. He flipped me off due to previous demand to enter his school.

with 10 bottles, tea and cooler each.

· Posted 30 ads inside my own dorm. Completely aggressive ad :) Displaying two female
faces – one pretty and another one ugly. And two titles: pure water, regular water-supply water.
· Setup a free trial bottle with a cooler, disposable plastic glasses, tea and spoons.
· First hot fight with a competitor from another pure water company. Was really hot fight :)
· First order to supply water.

[Business] Got Yuri MOROZ's reply saying smth like «Stop messing around, get to my school and I'll help you». But, I don't have money, so I start doing it without any idea how the income is gonna be created
[Business] Estimated pros&cons, wrote a letter to Yuri MOROZ about the smart box which would release a water bottle every time somebody puts enough money into bill receiver.
